PINK SATURDAY and sunny days....

As some of you know that I have posted some of these

flowers on my previous post. These were from my nephew

and his girlfriend. How aren't these pretty? I love  the second

one. It is on my desktop now. :)

    I couldn't leave Target without these flip-flops.
 I only wear them around the pool. Got to love pink.:)

Okay! This is not pink, so what; I still like this color.

Its matches my bathing suits.

Can't wait until summer gets here.

We are havin great weather into the next week.

Finally we are having the heatwaves in WNY.

It got up to 84degrees today and beat our

normal temperature which is 68-74..

I was doing yard work in the past few

days.

Teacup Tusday and Mother's Day flowers

Hello Ladies and Gents.



I shoot some of my mom's Mother's Day flowers. I love them all. I definetely love the first one. I don't know what its called but I call it puffy pinkball. This Tuesday I am joining in for Martha's Teacup Tuesday.. Come on over and join me and my friends at Martha's blog..



This teacup and saucer were my mom's. These came
from Japan. I believe that my dad got these for her
when he was in the Navy back in the mid-1950's.
Those days the men in the service didn't go right after
high school. He also bought my mom a beautiful
dining sets for 12. That my friend, I will show them
next time.

These cup and saucer were her at my house when we
moved in. In that case I still have it in my bathroom.
I use these for my PINK SATURDAY back in late
March or early April. Some of you have seen it or not.
It was quite similar to the teacup and saucer that I got
in the last photo. They were made in Japan too..

Sunday Funnies: Lady/frog and Happy Mother's Day!

I got this funny e-mail from a friend. Thought I share..

An older lady

was somewhat lonely and decided she needed a

pet to keep her company. So, off to the pet shop

she went. She searched and searched. None

of the pets seemed to catch her interest,

except this ugly frog. As she walked by

the jar he was in, she looked and he winked

at her.?

He whispered, "I AM ALSO LONELY. BUY ME AND TAKE ME HOME.

 YOU WON'T EVER BE  SORRY."

So! The old lady figured, WHAT THE HECK,

and kissed the frog.
 IMMEDIATELY the frog turned into an absolutely gorgeous, sexy, young, handsome  prince
THE PRINCE THEN RETURNED THE OLD LADY'S  KISS.

SUDDENLY THE OLD LADY FELT HERSELF TRANSFORMING

 FROM HIS KISS. NOW CAN YOU GUESS

 WHAT THE OLD LADY TURNED

INTO?

Happy Mother's Day/Dinner at my sister's.

We are going to my big sister for dinner. My two nephews make homemade sauce. My mom, dad me and my brother are invited to go over there along with my other two sisters and their family.(I think the kids are coming).
