Tuesday tip of the day..Calcium

Are you getting enough calciums?
 Here are some facts..

I usually take my supplements for bone loss. I am in my 40's. Taking a medicine for a long time may cause bone loss too. Birth controls, hormones and any such medications will do so. Be sure to get a mammograms and bone density test. Never too late or too early to starts. This goes to young girls too who are in their 20's and 30's. Be sure to talk to drs before going on any calcium intakes.
Drinking too much coffee, tea, beer and wine will cause bone loss.

The tricks or is there any? Have your fruits and veggies and a yogurt will do. Don't forget that cottage cheese, regular cheese with crackers will do.


Tips:

Before you go for that chocolate, go and eat a fruit,cheese and yogurt. This way it will fill you up better than eating that extra calorie candies.
